What is not allowed

The lines nobody can buy and the things nobody can stream.

Nugget Streams Content Policy

Version 1.0.
Last updated: 2 October 2026. Effective on the day the app is published.
Applies to everyone. It is part of the Terms of Service and you agree to it when you agree to those.

Why this document exists on its own

Google Play requires an app with public user content to define objectionable content and behaviour and prohibit it in its policies, and to make people accept those terms before they create or upload anything. Apple's Guideline 1.2 asks for an agreement that makes clear there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. One list, written in plain words, linked from the Terms, from the line composer and from the go live screen, answers both.

It is also the list a moderator works from, so it has to be specific enough to act on at four in the morning without a judgment call.

1. The two things people create here

A line. Up to 30 characters of text a viewer buys and a streamer says out loud in a public place. A stream. Live video and audio from a public place, and the clips cut from it.

Both are covered by everything below. The streamer does not pick anybody out. They stand where there are people and say the line out loud, and it counts when somebody new is near enough to hear it. A line is judged by what it does said out loud in a public place, not by how it reads on a screen. "Nice shoes" is a line. The same words aimed at one identifiable person standing there is not, and that is the difference the whole policy turns on.

2. Lines: what will not go into a queue

Every line is screened before it enters any queue, and lines bought during a live stream are screened at the moment of purchase, so nobody has to make this call on a sidewalk.

Never allowed:

Also refused, for reasons that are ours rather than the law's:

If a line is refused, the money goes back. No appeal queue, no strike. Write another one.

3. Streams: what a streamer must not broadcast

Everything in section 2 applies to what a streamer says and shows, plus:

4. Behaviour, on the street and in the app

On the street, there is no character to play. Don't bother people, stop filming if asked, and never film where filming is banned. Say the line and move on.

In the app:

5. People who are filmed and never asked

Filming in public is legal and it is what this is. People on a street, in a shop, on a train can be filmed and that footage can be published, the same way it works for every IRL streamer on Twitch, Kick, YouTube and TikTok. There is no expectation of privacy in a public place and we are not going to pretend otherwise or apologise for the format.

What we do care about is what happens when somebody does not want to be in it. That is a behaviour rule, not a camera rule, and it is short:

  1. If anyone objects, the streamer stops, does not argue, and keeps moving. No asking why, no talking them round, no one more line, no filming the disagreement. That delivery still counts, so there is never a reason to push back.
  2. Anyone can have a video taken down, whether or not they use the app and without making an account. The form is at nuggetstreams.com/takedown, it is linked from every video, we aim to act within 24 hours, and we do not ask why.
  3. Nobody may claim a consent that was never given. No telling a person they agreed to something, that they are being paid, or that the video will not be published.

That is the whole of it. Film normally, be obvious about it, and the moment somebody would rather not be there, leave them alone.

6. What we do about it

Report anything. There is a report control on every stream, every clip and every profile, and it takes two taps. Blocking someone hides them from you and you from them, both ways, at once.

We aim to act on a report within 24 hours. Acting means we look, and then we do one of these:

NothingThe report does not hold up. Nobody is told who reported.
Remove the contentIt comes down. The buyer of a removed line is refunded.
A warningOnce. The rule is quoted back so there is no guessing.
Pull a jobTwo reports on a job pull it automatically, before a human sees it.
Suspend the accountStreaming and buying stop while we look.
End the accountFor anything in the "ends the account" list, and for repeats.

Money a streamer has already earned stays theirs, except where the delivery itself broke these rules. We do not pay out on a delivery that did.

These end the account on the first occurrence, with no warning:

Every moderation decision is logged, with who did it, to what, and why. A decision you disagree with can be appealed once, at support@nuggetstreams.com.

7. Where the money cannot go

There is a wallet in this app and it exists for one purpose: buying a line that a person says out loud on a street. It cannot buy anything digital, it cannot be sent to another user, and it cannot be cashed out. It can be refunded to the card that funded it.

This is not a technicality. It is the whole reason this is a real world service rather than a digital goods store, and it is why nobody may use the platform to move money for any other reason.

8. Changes

We will change this list as we learn what people try. When we do, the version number moves and you are asked to accept it again before you next buy or go live. The current version is always at nuggetstreams.com/content-policy.
